Overview

This standard specifies a method for determining the ability of metallic wire of diameter or thickness 0,1 mm to 10 mm inclusive, to undergo plastic deformation during wrapping. The standard contains the German translation of the International Standard ISO 7802:2013, which has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 164 "Mechanical testing of metals". Working Committee NA 099-00-01 AA "Stahldraht" ("Steel wire") at NAD is responsible for the German translation.
