DIN ISO 9183-1:2011-05

The standard ISO 9183 consists of the following parts, under the general title "Tools for pressing - Wear plates for press dies": - Part 1: Type A - Part 2: Type B This part of ISO 9183 specifies the main dimensions and tolerances of wear plates for press dies, type A, intended for use mainly in large press dies. It also specifies the size and positions of the clearance holes for attachment. It contains material indications, and specifies the designation of wear plates for press dies, type A, which meet the requirements of this part of ISO 9183. This document contains the German translation of the International Standard ISO 9183-1, which has been prepared as DIN ISO 9183-1 by Technical Committee ISO/TC 29 "Small tools", Subcommittee SC 8 "Tools for pressing and moulding". The responsible German committee is Working Committee NA 121-03-02 AA "Werkzeuge der Stanztechnik" ("Tools for pressing") at the Tools and Clamping Devices Standards Committee (FWS). This second edition replaces the first edition (ISO 9183-1:1990) which has been technically revised.
