DIN ISO/IEC 15504-5 contains an exemplar process assessment model which meets the requirements of DIN ISO/IEC 15502-2. A complete assessment model is introduced to the user which concretizes and clarifies the application of DIN ISO/IEC 15504-2. The abstract model of DIN ISO/IEC 15504-2 is developed in Part 5 and helps the user with how to implement a process assessment model. DIN ISO/IEC 15504-5 is therewith directed at users which are engaged with the implementation of an assessment model. No additional requirements for a process assessment model are given in DIN ISO/IEC 15504-5.
