This document applies for driver's safety devices of time-related driver's safety device, time-distance related driver's safety device, time-time related driver's safety device and call-related driver's safety device. This document also applies for two-way vehicles which are allowed to use the railway lines on federal territory. The responsible committee is Subcommittee UK 351.3 "Bahn-Signalanlagen" ("Signalling systems for railways") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
