This standard specifies the component parts and connection dimensions for flanged valves made of CuSn10-Cu, DN 40 to DN 150, PN 10 and DN 175 to DN 300, PN 6, which are used on board vessels. The straight-way, shut-off and non-return valves described in this standard shall not be used for new design. They are further required for replacement, however. The standard has been revised as the material specified thus far is no longer available and therefore needed to be replaced.
