This standard specifies the individual components and connection dimensions for hull valves, DN 20 to 250, PN 25, which are used on board vessels. The hull valves described in this standard shall not be used for new design. They are further required for replacement, however. The standard has been revised as the handwheel/hand crank specified thus far is no longer available and therefore needed to be replaced.
