This standard applies in connection with VG 95343-2 for connector endshells with inner coating which are used as endshells with electrical plug connectors. Connector endshells with inner coating see VG 95343-6 and VG 95343-7. The presented standard is a product standard for heat shrinkable components. The committee responsible for this standard is NA 140-00-02 AA "Wärmeschrumpfende Bauelemente und Isoliermaterialien" ("Heat shrinkable components and insulation material") of DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE). The heat shrinking connector endshells with inner coating according to this standard are subject to qualification approval according to VG 95211. Heat shrinking connector endshells according to this standard are applicable at environmental temperatures between -75 °C and +150 °C.
