Overview
This standard is a product standard for connectors. This standard applies in conjunction with VG 95319-2, VG 95351-2 to VG 95351-5 to waterproof electrical connectors with bayonet coupling for LF technology and for signal and supply lines. The contacts operate according to the pressure principle. Connectors conforming to the standards of the VG 95351 series are subject to type testing; see VG 95211 for details. The committee responsible for the standard is NA 140-00-14-01 UA "Steckverbinder und Steckvorrichtungen" ("Electrical connectors and plug-and-socket devices") of DIN Standards Committee Electrical Engineering (NE).
