This document has been prepared by DIN Standards Committee Shipbuilding and Marine Technology (NSMT), Working Committee NA 132-02-07 AA "Betankungs- und Pipelineschläuche" ("Hoses for fuelling and pipelines". This document specifies requirements and tests for hoses and hose assemblies made of rubber according to Table 1 which are necessary during the working life to prove and maintain the operational and functional safety. VG 95924-2 is applicable to hose assemblies that are not used for fuelling and pipelines. This document does not apply to hoses and hose assemblies, designed for use in aircraft and flying devices.
