Overview

The material specification documents the properties, test procedures and tests on the standard specimen with the corresponding units and formula symbols. MVQ - is a silicone rubber (high-temperature cross-linking solid silicone, also called HTV silicone). This silicone rubber is not resistant to mineral oils, the mechanical properties are predominantly low. MVQ silicone has good chemical resistance, weather resistance and a relatively wide temperature range. The committee responsible for the material specification is standardization committee NA 132-02-10 AA "Schock- und Schwingungsdämpfung" ("Shock and vibration decrement").
