DIN 743 Beiblatt 1:2024-07

This Supplement contains examples of applications for DIN 743-1 to DIN 743-3 and is solely intended to demonstrate the calculation procedure. The standard differs from DIN 743 Supplement 1:2012-02 as follows: a) in 4.4 the tensile strength of the material has been adjusted in accordance with the change in DIN 743-3:2023-08; b) calculation results have been corrected; c) the document has been editorially revised. National interests during preparation are represented by Working Committee NA 060-34-32 AA "Wellen und Welle-Nabe-Verbindungen" ("Shafts and shaft to collar connections") at the Technical Section Power transmission engineering at DIN Standards Committee Mechanical Engineering (NAM). Representatives of manufacturers and users of shafts and shaft-hub-connections and universities contributed to this standard.
