Overview
This document (CEN 15913:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 315 "Spectator facilities" (secretariat: UNI, Italy). The work has been accompanied on a national level by NA 005-01-34 AA "Zuschauertribünen (Sp CEN/TC 315)" ("Spectator facilities, Mirror Committee to CEN/TC 315)"). The issuance of the Technical Report by CEN/TC 315 shall act as an intermediate stage for the future revision of EN 13200-1 "Spectator facilities - Layout criteria for viewing area for spectators - Requirements". The aim is to incorporate this Technical Report as an informative Annex into the standard EN 13200-1.
