Overview
This DIN SPEC has been prepared in accordance with the Pre-standard procedure by Working Committee NA 092-00-29 AA "Schweißsimulation (DVS AG I 2.1)" ("Welding simulation (DVS AG I 2.1)") at NAS. This DIN SPEC contains a documentation template and corresponding application notes for a numerical welding simulation in accordance with DIN SPEC 32534-1:2011-03 "Numerical welding simulation - Execution and documentation - Part 1: Overview". This documentation template is intended for better comparability of numerical welding simulations in different industrial sectors. Examples for different documentations which have been produced on the basis of this template are given in other parts of the DIN SPEC 32534 series.
