The insertion loss of noise reduction measures is measured at a sound source. This prestandard has been prepared by Working Committee NA 001-02-04 AA "Acoustic stress in the sea" at DIN/VDI Standards Committee Acoustics, Noise Control and Vibration Engineering (NALS).
