This document specifies the quality requirements for information technology systems used in digital public administration. This document applies to information technology systems used for comprehensive IT access to administrative services provided by the federal government, states, and local authorities. This document addresses new online services and portals as well as basic services. This document does not address online services and portals that have already been implemented, unless the online service is undergoing a fundamental revision. This DIN SPEC has been prepared in accordance with the PAS procedure. DIN SPECs are developed in accordance with the PAS procedure in DIN SPEC consortia and do not necessarily involve all interested parties.
