DIN SPEC 77003:2015-04

This DIN SPEC has been prepared in the PAS procedure by a workshop (temporary committee). The authors named in the Foreword were responsible for the preparation and adoption of the document. The DIN SPEC 77003 in accordance with the PAS procedure specifies requirements for information and advice on and placement of personal and household services. It is intended to enable providers to deliver high-quality information, advice, and placement services for personal and household services. These include: - personal services, for example child care, accompaniment/assistance and care of persons in everyday life as well as household services, in particular household support, for example cleaning, shopping, food preparation, laundering, gardening, simple household repair works, providing support in the field of information and communication technologies. Personal and household services are not necessarily bound to the household as the place of service delivery. Information, advice, and placement standards applicable across providers are within the scope of this standard. It addresses providers covering all three areas as well as those catering for individual areas. Information and advice can be given without providing placement services. Placement, however, shall not be done without providing information and advice. This specification focuses, in addition to the providers, onto the customers or clients, respectively. Moreover, with regard to the delivery of personal and household services, users and service providers are addressed. The requirements for these information, advice, and placement services are structured as follows: - general requirements for the information, advice, and placement processes of personal and household services; - specific requirements for the information, advice, and placement processes of personal and household services categorised into the areas Children, Care, and Household; and - the associated evaluation. DIN SPEC 77003 excludes the delivery of personal and household services as such, that is the actual service delivery following the process of placement is outside the scope of this specification. The description of jobs is also outside the scope of this specification.
