DIN SPEC 77229-1:2016-10

This DIN SPEC has been prepared by a workshop (temporary committee) in the course of the PAS procedure. This DIN SPEC has been prepared and adopted by the authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC specifies a standard for performance categories and their performance contents in pipeline construction for industrial process engineering systems. The aforementioned categories and their service contents are used as a basis for the description and evaluation of service items in standard service specifications. In this context, pipeline construction comprises service categories for pipe prefabrication, pipe installation and dismantling, and for holder fabrication and installation in industrial plants in the field and at industrial sites. The service contents defined in this DIN SPEC do not comply with the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB) and do not provide formulation aids for services in building construction, civil engineering, hydraulic engineering and transport construction, which are contained in the Standard Service Book for Construction (STLB-Bau) and the Standard Service Book for Temporary Contracts (STLB-BauZ).
