Overview
This public specification supports small and medium-sized enterprises when introducing process-oriented knowledge management by means of a developed procedure. The focus is on process modelling, knowledge structuring and quality of knowledge as well as integration into the enterprise. Furthermore, the essential fields of action can be identified with the help of a "potential check" which shall be revised during the introduction of process-oriented knowledge management. DIN SPEC (PAS) is prepared within the framework of the research project "WivU-Transfer" founded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology and is realized on the basis of PAS 1062 and PAS 1063 of the previous project "WivU - Wissensmanagement in virtuellen Unternehmen zur Effizienzsteigerung des Service".
