This DIN SPEC in accordance with the PAS procedure was developed within a workshop (temporary committee) set up on a temporary basis. The document was developed and approved by the authors named in the foreword. This DIN SPEC defines terms and definitions for the description, preparation and administration of government in the electricity, gas, water, sewage and district heating network. The definition of terms should form the basic prerequisite for the communication between primarily the distribution network operators of the same as well as different lines of business.
