This supplement includes notes to the requirements of the standard DIN VDE 0100-710 (VDE 0100-710):2012-10, but no additional normative specifications. The responsible body is DKE/UK 221.4 "Elektrische Anlagen in medizinischen Einrichtungen" ("Electrical installations in medical facilities") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
