Short description

The document deals predominantly with the thermal factors which, when weight up with other variables, provide additional information which is significant for planning. In contrast to the air quality factors and the variables of "odor" and "noise" which may have pollutant effect, there is still no standardization evaluation method or recommendation applicable to the thermal factors. It provides evaluation methods for the thermal factors relevant in terms of human biometeorology which are to be applied in urban and regional planning at regional level with the aim of maintaining healthy living and working conditions.
