BIM Standards online offers up to 4 free updates per year - the updates run automatically and are included in the annual price. As a user, you will receive an e-mail after each update informing you about the changes.

Or filter specifically for clauses that contain keywords for requirements within the standard (according to DIN 820-2), for example the words “must”, “should”, “may” and “can”.

About BIM Standards online
There are 2 modules:
DIN module: contains DIN Standards on the topics of information management, data structures for BIM catalogues and data exchange incl. the important standards of the DIN EN ISO 19650 series. In addition, it includes a comprehensive collection of DIN SPECs and published drafts of BIM standards.
VDI module: VDI guidelines were the first BIM specifications in Germany - the most important VDI guidelines are contained in the VDI 2552 series. The VDI module can only be subscribed to as a supplement to the DIN module.
Once they are withdrawn, standards are still available as full texts as “historical” documents.
