This Technical Specification sets - with the aim of securing compatibility between rolling stock and track systems - the limit values for conducted interferences by rolling stock and the measurement method for verification of compliance with these limit values by the rolling stock. The responsible Committee is Subcommittee UK 351.3 "Bahn-Signalanlagen" ("Signalling systems for railways") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
