Overview

ATV DIN 18340 "Dry lining and partitioning work" has been technically revised by the German Committee for Construction Contract Procedures (DVA). Clause 5 "Settlement of accounts" has been restructured. This standard deals with dry lining and partitioning work. It covers in particular the making of open or closed ceiling linings and suspended ceilings, wall linings, dry plasterwork, internal insulation, facing panels and partitions, including those which are fire resistant, prefabricated screed, dry subfloors, floor systems, and the fitting of doors, frames and other fitments in the above constructions. It also applies to dry lining and partitioning work in connection with the installation of embedded radiant heating and cooling systems.
