ATV DIN 18340 "Dry lining and partitioning work" has been editorially revised by the German Committee for construction contract procedures (DVA). Among other things, the references to VOB/A have been updated. It applies for space-creating components for expansion manufactured in dry construction. It covers in particular the manufacture of open and closed cladding and suspended ceilings, claddings, dry plaster and facing formwork, fire protection claddings, partitions, prefabricated and system walls, precast screeds, dry screeds and system floors as well as the mounting of frames, doors and other assembly parts in the aforementioned constructions. It also applies to dry lining and partitioning work in connection with the installation of embedded radiant heating and cooling systems.
