This European Standard specifies methods for measuring the performance of electric cooking ranges, hobs, ovens and grills for household use. The responsible Committee is Subcommittee UK 513.2 "Herde und Mikrowellengeräte" ("Cooking ranges and microwave ovens") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
