Overview
The standard sheets of this loose-leaf publication specify requirements for lamp holders, which are important for interchangeability of a lamp with a certain cap in the corresponding lamp holder. Through Amendments A44 and A45, new requirements for the lamp holders G22 (7005-75-3), P32d and PK32d (7005-111-4), GX10 (7005-144-3) and WP3.3x14.5 (7005-164-2) have been revised. New requirements for lamp holder PGJX28 (7005-169-1) as well as lamp holder GUZ10 (7005-170-1) have been supplemented. The subcommittee responsible for this standard is UK 521.2 "Lampensockel und -fassungen" ("Lamp caps and holders") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
