Overview
The standard sheets of this loose-leaf publication specify requirements for lamp holders important for interchangeability of a lamp with a certain cap in the corresponding lamp holder. Through Amendments A42 and A43, the requirements for the flash cube holder (7005-98-1) as well as lamp holder GY10 (7005-145-2) have been deleted. The requirements for the connector GU16d/GX16d Type 1 and GX16d Type 2 (7005-154-2) have been revised. New requirements for printed circuit caps CH14.65d (7005-162-1), caps PGZ18 and PGZX18 (7005-163-1), cap WP3.3x14.5 (7005-164-1), cap PGJ21t (7005-165-1) as well as cap GU8.5 (7005-166-1) have been added. The responsible committee is UK 521.2 "Lampensockel und -fassungen" ("Lamp caps and holders") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
This document replaces DIN EN 60061-2:2011-07 .
