This standard of the DIN EN 60317 series supplements the corresponding basic standard DIN EN 60317-0-5 on glass-fibre braided impregnated, bare, grade 1 or grade 2 enamelled rectangular copper winding wire, temperature index 200. The responsible committee is DKE/K 413 "Wickeldrähte" ("Winding wires") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
