This clause of Part 1 is applicable, except as follows: This standard applies to tappers. With respect to DIN EN 60745-2-9 (VDE 0740-2-9):2008-12 the following changes have been made: a) The standard has been adapted to the new Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. b) The Annexes ZZA and ZZB have been added by CENELEC. The responsible Committee is K 514 "Elektrowerkzeuge" ("Electric tools") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.

Replacement amendments

This document replaces DIN EN 60745-2-9:2008-12; VDE 0740-2-9:2008-12 .

This document has been replaced by: DIN EN 62841-2-9:2016-02; VDE 0740-2-9:2016-02 .
