Overview
The standard has been revised for the second time as scheduled. The adjustments to improper operation in Clause 19 should be emphasized. The fault conditions have been changed here. Furthermore, the scope of application has been adapted and the annexes for compliance with the Machinery and Low Voltage Directives have been added. In addition the standard references have been updated. The responsible committee is Subcommittee UK 511.6 "Elektrische Ausrüstung von nicht-elektrisch beheizten Geräten" ("Electrical equipment of non-electrically heated appliances") of the DKE (German Commission for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies) at DIN and VDE.
This document replaces DIN EN 60335-2-102:2010-07; VDE 0700-102:2010-07 .
