Short description
This guideline has been prepared as a schedule of technical targets and requirement profiles for ventilation and air conditioning. The possible assessment criteria are described on this basis. For any particular construction project, a choice must be made of which criteria should be applied at which stage in the planning process by reference to the listings in this guide. The various different targets can be filled out by the client, user, architect, or technical planner or by other design consultants and the contractors. In view of the achievable effects on construction, the architect/technical planner must suggest a further refinement (detailing) or reduction to main criteria to the client on a case by case basis depending on the chosen bid invitation procedure. Depending on planning, the individual descriptions of the type and construction of systems and components from the planning datasheets may have to be completed several times according to space requirements (different areas of use). The list should in any even reflect the Client's own targets.
